Oliver Chong > 2008.07.09 - Day 88 :

Just a shot of a shot. We are trying a variety of coffee beans to see which we prefer for espresso and so far the Jamaican Blue Mountain is winning out. It's just so smooth with great flavor. This is El Salvador that we got in yesterday from Fresh Coffee Now in Burlington, VT. We are also waiting for a blend to come from over near the San Fransisco area.

P.S. We are pretty much complete beginners when it comes to espresso... other than we know that it makes for a better drink than drip. We purchased a used Gaggia Espresso which works great. It is a bit more manual than some of the newer ones, but does everything well.
